We work with your IT team to coordinate technical responsibilities and resolve dependencies when several suppliers need to deliver one functioning environment. We maintain a responsibility matrix, validate infrastructure and interface requirements, and coordinate network flows, credentials, service accounts, certificates, and installation dependencies. Integration tests and a shared issue register make gaps visible before production cutover. Your IT team gains a clear escalation route and an accountable coordinator for actions that can otherwise fall between vendors.

We can deliver this agreed project with or without an internal IT department, working directly with your leadership and vendors or alongside your IT staff. Your leadership approves key decisions; application vendors retain responsibility for their application configuration and migration tools.

Together, we agree the systems, responsibilities, implementation plan, validation criteria, and handover documentation. Platform features depend on the selected products and licensing.
