Service scope and delivery

We work with your IT team to review and secure the administration and configuration of firewalls, switches, wireless systems, and other agreed network devices. We review firmware, management-plane exposure, administrator authentication, unused services, logging, and configuration backups. The service covers management-network restrictions, secure administration protocols, rulebase cleanup, and least-privilege network flows. Connectivity and failover tests validate the approved design, while documented configurations and exceptions support ongoing change control.

Together, we agree the systems, responsibilities, implementation plan, validation criteria, and handover documentation. Platform features depend on the selected products and licensing.
